Annual Dues
Membership in the association is voluntary and annual dues are currently $150.00. The Association has no assets or employees, and its governance structure is provided by homeowners who volunteer their time as members of the Board of Directors. The Association operates on an annual budget of approximately $25,000.
In 2021 the Board voted to change the timing of invoicing for dues from September to January.
The 2021 invoices were sent out in April because of some administrative delays. Payment is due upon receipt.
For 2022 and thereafter, invoices will be sent out in January.

Transfer Fee
The Monaco HOA charges sellers a one-time transfer fee of $395, typically paid out of escrow upon closing. Although this fee is voluntary, a large majority of sellers pay it.
The purpose of the fee is to help cover the HOA’s administrative costs.
