Thank you for assisting our residents with the sale of their homes. For many Monaco residents, their home is their most valuable asset. Your hard work to achieve a smooth sale, and high price is appreciated by all Monaco owners. We all benefit from increasing home values, high buyer demand, and your promotion of Monaco as one of Palos Verdes’ most desirable neighborhoods.

The Monaco HOA charges sellers a one-time transfer fee of $395, typically paid out of escrow upon closing. Although this fee is voluntary, a large majority of sellers pay it.
The purpose of the fee is to help cover the HOA’s administrative costs.

If you will accept a demand letter/invoice on the HOA’s letterhead, please complete this form and we will promptly send you the invoice.

If you need the demand document on your escrow company’s form, please contact us at realtoradmin@monacohoa.com and attach a blank demand document. We will complete it and return it to you promptly.

Monaco’s HOA also charges each owner annual dues of $150. This amount covers the calendar year. If the dues have not been paid for the year during which the sale closes, they will be added to the demand invoice. Escrow may prorate the $150 between the parties. Although the annual dues are voluntary, a large majority of residents pay them. The dues are used by the HOA to cover various operating costs, with the largest cost being maintenance and repairs for the neighborhood’s four entrances.
